Richard M Holmes
Richard’s career as founder, director and investor in ecommerce, social media, gaming, software development and video games publishing spans 25 years. He has designed and produced three #1 games in the UK charts, including Tactical Manager and Football Glory published by Black Legend, and over 400 further product launches worldwide.
Richard has substantial experience in retail distribution and marketing (in the days before the digital distribution of video games, selling games world-wide involved distribution, shelf-space buying at Wal*Mart, manufacturer discounts, booking shopfront displays and sell-through marketing).
Richard completed a London AIM stock exchange flotation with IncaGold PLC in 2005, was a founder in Silicon Valley VC-backed venture Stiki Digital Inc, and has acted as ecommerce consultant to the Isle of Man Government, as non-executive director on boards of media and gaming businesses.
Richard has worked on product launches with brands as diverse as Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Yokohama and the RSPCA, creating video games promotion, social media applications and social commerce marketplaces.
Jens Peter Thomsen
Jens Peter has his field of expertise in online display and performance advertising. Insights and years of experience allowed him to collaborate with international agencies in the creation of pioneering platforms which focus on quality assurance.
Jens Peter has managed online strategies and media buys in the Nordic countries for international clients like Disney Interactive, Rockstar Games and Take-two Interactive.
In parallel with running his digital agency Jens Peter has worked on business development for a white label instant messaging framework, micro-shopping and daily deals aggregation. He has worked as a consultant for media agencies and international brands entering the

Keith trained as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche and has held senior finance roles in companies in a variety of industries since leaving Deloitte & Touche as a senior operations manager in 1996.
He was Chief Financial Officer for WordWave International Limited, a subsidiary of a VC-backed US based court reporting group. Prior to that, he was Group Finance Director to Rotary Group Holdings Limited, a company managing the marketing and sourcing of Rotary watches to specialist jewellers through subsidiaries and third party distributors.
He has since worked as CFO for a pharmaceuticals and fragrance import/export business.
Abdul Hafiz Ibrahim
Abdul is a computing scientist with 33 years of experience, specialising in distributed operating systems, virtual-machines and managed-code environments, with a special emphasis on dynamic compilers, dynamic binary translation and Just-in-Time compilation (JIT).
Abdul has developed solutions and run companies in the telecoms, video games, cloud computing and music industries. His highly specialised disciplines have been commercially focused into the blockchain arena to usher in 3rd generation blockchains, where virtual-machine design, managed-code environments and dynamic compilation are critical elements in the design of distributed operating systems that can support scalable distributed apps.
Abdul is a leading researcher and implementer of advanced Cloud and Distributed Platforms on next-generation many-core processors, and is currently the only party authorised by Kalray to have detailed access to the inner workings of its MPPA2 processor, Europe’s leading supercomputer-on-a-chip with over 256 cores.
He is currently a member of an elite think-tank at BCS, the Chartered Institute of IT, which is often used to generate advisory reports to the UK Government.
Ben joined Leading Locally following the roles of digital and ecommerce director for Migros, Switzerland’s largest retailer (and the world’s 25th largest), and digital market lead for McDonald’s Switzerland.
He has extensive experience in developing traditional retail and B2C oriented brands in digital, social media, e-commerce & multichannel business and communication. Sector experience includes FMCG, restaurants, electronics, sporting goods, textile, DIY, furniture, and energy sector in Switzerland and Europe.
With a highly service orientated mindset, Ben excels at building strong partnerships with brands and agencies, and knows how to match both C-Level management expectations and customer needs.

Kaspar specialises in combining information architecture, project management and business process analysis with design and usability to create outstanding products.
He has over 15 years of thin client software development experience from internet banking to public sector resource management and e-training systems.
Having lived in Mexico, Canada, China, Spain, France and the United States, Arturo is not only worldly – he’s also seriously experienced. Speaking fluent Spanish, English and French, Arturo is a multicultural and Hispanic marketing guru. Looking for a solution to content management he came into contact with and subsequently became advisor to Hubii.com and participated in his first ICO. He has been part of two more and is currently advisor to Mobs.Video and a legal solution that is stealth mode. Arturo sits on several boards, including Zumbby.io, Amanece.com, AutoProyecto.com, Antengo.com, TapClicks.com, WearthatArt.com, and LoyalTraffic.com.
Prior to his role as managing partner at venture capital firm IRA Ventures, Arturo served as Chief Innovation Officer for Digital First Media. Before that, he was Chief Executive Officer of impreMedia Digital, the largest Hispanic news-and-information company in the US. He was previously the President of Interactive and Business Integration for Canwest Mediaworks and was responsible for their record-breaking online revenue growth and converting the company into the largest Canadian news and information network. Arturo served in three executive Vice President roles at America Online in Mexico and Canada between 2000 and 2004, focusing on strategy and acquisitions.
Chase is a driven entrepreneur with diverse skillsets in both engineering and marketing-related technologies. For nearly 20 years, Chase has brought unique and innovative solutions to a variety of technology projects within the high-tech, political, financial, and corporate sectors.
After spending his early years building a successful service-based web agency and web hosting company that boasted thousands of international clients, Chase moved on to become solo-founder of several successful software-as-a-service (SaaS) brands, as well as a managing director of a full-service media agency and digital holdings company.
Bringing an extensive depth of technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and early stage conceptual strategy, Chase has worked with many notable individuals including leading bio-tech scientist Phil Baran, notable Hollywood celebrities Danny Trejo, Kevin Smith, and Jason Mewes, as well as important political figures such as Carl DeMaio, Mike Morrell, Hal Daub, the chief of staff of the White House during the Bush administration, among many other famous clientele.

Herb is one of the pioneers in the sales of PC software and sales of goods and services via the Internet and closed networks. An intellectual property and securities attorney since 1983, Herb transitioned to an entrepreneurial career in computer software and on line marketing while still actively practicing.
He teaches computer, internet, copyright, publishing, securities and defamation law in accredited Continuing Legal Education Courses attended by thousands of attorneys each year. Starting as a computer software developer in the 1980s, he was the first PC productivity publisher to use the Internet for customer support.
He later transitioned into head of publishing for one of the world’s largest productivity budget developers, publishers and distributors in the 1990s and early 2000s. In the late 1990s he published software developed by Richard Holmes’ firms. Since 2003 he has been a consultant for Lenovo, Samsung, AMD and now is head of business development and regulatory affairs (general counsel) for the developers of Intel Device Advisor.
Herb is experienced in retail marketing, having designed and is presently designing campaigns for software, services, retail products and Lenovo/Sony/Samsung/AMD and Intel Device Advisor with major online and brick and mortar retailers including Wal*Mart, Target, Amazon, New Egg, Best Buy, American Express, Tesco, Harvey Norman, ASDA, ALDI and major warranty groups.

Peter has built and handled all Nordic PR activities for a large amount of game publishers, including THQ, Acclaim, Disney Interactive, Take-Two Interactive Software, 2K Games and Rockstar. He has been responsible for digital B2B and B2C clients and campaigns at the PR agency Hill and Knowlton in Denmark.
Peter has more than 14 years of PR experience in the gaming industry, with an impressive list of successful PR campaigns, award winning campaigns and events.

Ardo has worked as a web-based software project operations manager for the past ten years, managing projects for commercial, governmental and institutional clients of all sizes. Ardo likes to get things done and never says no to new challenges, be they a simple website or a complex information system.
Aviva is the CEO of Savii Digital Crypto and Blockchain Marketing Agency, a digital marketing agency with a focus on the worlds of cryptocurrency, blockchain and ICO promotion. Kenn’s passion is to build and scale new startups. He has been building and launching startups for over 10 years, during that brief time he has launched more than 50 projects.
Kenn brings to the table a deep understanding of blockchain, fintech, and product development. He is an expert in taking something complex like blockchain and making it into a seamless experience for the end-user.
Currently, he is also a CEO of ICOVenture that helps new startups to find funding by helping them to tokenize their assets.
After managing a series of successful projects within the crypto and blockchain sectors, Siim founded Savii Digital Crypto and Blockchain Marketing Agency in 2016.
